POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS ASSURED OF QUALITY EDUCATION.
Postgraduate students of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education have been assured of quality education.
The Vice-Chancellor of the university, Professor Ozo-Mekuri Ndimele gave the assurance at a one day orientation programme for the second batch of postgraduate students of the institution for the 2017/2018 academic session.
The postgraduate hall, venue of the event was filled to capacity on Friday May 18, 2018.
While welcoming the students to the fastest growing university, the Vice-Chancellor called for collaboration and partnership to build up the university.
He informed them that nine air conditioned classrooms with smart boards are ready for their use and appealed to them to pay their school fees to continue to enjoy quality educational services.
Professor Ndimele urged them to report any lecturer who demands for money before supervision of their project work and others who in whatever guise try to delay their work emphasizing that such erring lecturer would be shown the way out.
Lecturers, the Vice-Chancellor stressed are paid to render such services and therefore do not have any reason not to teach or supervise students.
He thanked the students for choosing the university and promised that they would graduate on record time.
The orientation programme which had the Dean of Postgraduate school Professor Daniel Ndubuisi Ogum in attendance provided opportunity for the students to interact with the Vice-Chancellor.
